When you submit prompts, images, or other creative inputs, those materials may be sent to our service providers for video generation, moderation, storage, delivery, debugging, and related operational purposes. We may also store your submitted and generated content so you can access your video library and so we can investigate errors, abuse, billing issues, moderation events, and support requests.

You should not upload or submit content that you do not have the right to use. You should also avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the content you are creating and you are comfortable with it being processed as described in this policy.

We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the Service, keep users logged in, remember preferences, understand usage, measure performance, and improve our website.

We may use analytics and advertising-related tools, including Google Analytics or similar services, to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may collect technical and usage information such as pages visited, browser information, device information, and approximate location.

Even where a specific law does not require us to honor a particular request, we may choose to respond to reasonable privacy requests when we can do so without compromising security, legal obligations, payment records, fraud prevention, or the rights of others.
