Effective date: June 9, 2026. These Terms explain the rules, responsibilities, payment policies, moderation systems, refunds, account usage, and legal protections related to Radio Theater AI and Radio Theater LLC.
Effective Date: June 9, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Radio Theater AI and any related websites, applications, APIs, features, tools, video generation services, account services, payment features, and related services provided by or on behalf of Radio Theater LLC.
Radio Theater AI is an AI video generation service. We provide tools that attempt to generate videos based on your prompts, uploads, and selected settings. We do not guarantee that every video will generate, that every prompt will be accepted, or that every completed video will match your expectations.
Failed system/API generations are refunded. Successful generations are not refunded simply because you dislike the result. Moderation rejections may not be fully refunded because they occur when a user attempts content that exceeds provider safety limits or creates legal, safety, or policy risk.
Radio Theater AI is operated by Radio Theater LLC, a Utah limited liability company. In these Terms, “Radio Theater,” “Radio Theater AI,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Radio Theater LLC. “You” and “user” refer to any person who accesses or uses the Service.
Radio Theater LLCBy accessing or using the Service, creating an account, purchasing credits, uploading content, submitting prompts, or generating videos, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we will revise the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Radio Theater AI is an AI-powered video generation platform that may support text-to-video, image-to-video, reference-image-guided video generation, video libraries, account tools, credit purchases, and related features.
The Service is designed for short cinematic AI video clips. It is not a professional film studio, legal compliance service, rights clearance service, identity verification service, or guaranteed production platform. AI outputs are probabilistic and may vary significantly between generations.
We may modify, limit, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature at any time, including generation settings, durations, resolutions, prices, credit costs, storage limits, moderation modes, or access to third-party generation providers.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may refuse registration, suspend accounts, disable accounts, require password resets, restrict access, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, security risk, legal risk, chargeback activity, policy violation, or misuse of the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use the Service if you are legally prohibited from using it or if your use would violate applicable law.
Radio Theater AI uses a credit-based system. Credits may be required before video generation begins. Credit costs may vary based on duration, resolution, model, feature, provider cost, or other generation settings.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe Checkout may be used for one-time purchases or subscriptions, and Stripe supports hosted checkout flows for online payments. Stripe’s systems and terms may apply to payment processing, payment methods, billing, and checkout behavior. Stripe documentation explains that Checkout supports one-time payments and subscriptions through Checkout Sessions. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}
We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment information is handled by Stripe and related payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charges when you purchase credits or subscribe to paid features.
Credit balances have no cash value, are not bank deposits, do not earn interest, and are not transferable unless we expressly allow it in writing. Credits may be subject to account, fraud, abuse, or technical limits.
If Radio Theater AI offers subscriptions, subscription terms will be shown at checkout or in the applicable subscription flow. Subscription fees may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the applicable cancellation process.
Stripe provides customer portal features that can allow customers to manage payment details, invoices, and subscriptions, and Stripe documentation states that the customer portal can allow customers to cancel subscriptions. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
If a Stripe customer portal link is available in your account, use that link for payment method updates, billing history, subscription management, and subscription cancellation. If no portal link is available, contact us at support@radiotheater.ai.
Stripe support states that customers generally must contact the business directly to cancel a subscription made through Stripe, because Stripe is not authorized to cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}
We intend to make subscription cancellation reasonably available through the same website or account environment where subscriptions are managed, where required by law. FTC materials and the federal Negative Option Rule emphasize clear disclosures and honoring promised cancellation procedures for recurring charges. :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}
Payment disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, abusive refund behavior, or unauthorized payment activity may result in account suspension, credit hold, feature restriction, or termination.
Important: Radio Theater AI does not guarantee that a generated video will meet your creative expectations. AI generation is unpredictable. If a video successfully generates, it is considered delivered even if you do not like the style, motion, likeness, quality, interpretation, or creative result.
If a video generation fails because of a system error, provider/API error, processing error, or other technical failure that prevents delivery of a usable generation result, the credits charged for that generation will be refunded to your Radio Theater AI credit balance.
No refund is owed for a successfully generated video solely because the output is different from what you imagined, because the motion is imperfect, because lip movement is approximate, because a character does not look exactly right, because the video is not commercially usable, or because you are dissatisfied with the creative result.
Videos rejected by moderation are not treated the same as system failures. A moderation rejection generally means that the prompt, image, reference material, requested output, or generation attempt exceeded AI provider limits, platform rules, safety standards, legal-risk thresholds, or content policy restrictions.
If your generation is rejected by moderation because the requested content is too explicit, unsafe, legally questionable, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or otherwise beyond acceptable AI limits, Radio Theater LLC may keep some or all of the credits charged for that attempt.
We may, at our discretion, provide a partial credit refund for moderation rejections. Any partial refund is a courtesy and does not create a right to future refunds. Repeated moderation rejections, attempts to bypass safety systems, or attempts to generate prohibited content may result in account restriction or termination.
Refunds, when granted, are usually issued as credits to your Radio Theater AI account unless we decide otherwise or applicable law requires a different result. Stripe documentation explains that payments can be refunded after they succeed, and that payment processing fees from the original transaction may not be returned by Stripe. :contentReference[oaicite:4]{index=4}
AI video generation is experimental, variable, and probabilistic. You understand that prompts, images, settings, reference materials, and provider behavior may produce outputs that are unexpected, inaccurate, distorted, inconsistent, incomplete, low quality, unusable, or different from your intended result.
We do not guarantee:
Radio Theater AI only promises to make a reasonable attempt to generate a video based on the parameters submitted and the provider capabilities available at that time.
You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, reference images, instructions, and other content you submit to the Service. You represent that you have the rights, permissions, licenses, and authority needed to upload, submit, generate, use, publish, distribute, or commercialize any content you provide or create through the Service.
You must not upload or request content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, exploitative, deceptive, abusive, privacy-invasive, sexually exploitative, non-consensual, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
You must not use the Service to impersonate others, create unlawful deepfakes, violate privacy or publicity rights, mislead viewers, harass individuals, generate illegal sexual content, exploit minors, promote violence, facilitate wrongdoing, or violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
The Service may use automated or human review, AI provider moderation, upload validation, prompt filtering, abuse detection, rate limits, account review, or other safety systems. We may reject, block, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts at any time if we believe there is legal risk, safety risk, abuse, fraud, policy violation, or third-party rights concern.
Moderation systems are not perfect. They may reject content that you believe should be allowed, or they may fail to identify content that violates these Terms. We are not required to process, preserve, restore, or refund content or accounts that we reasonably determine present legal, safety, or business risk.
You retain whatever rights you have in your original content, subject to these Terms and third-party rights. By submitting prompts, uploads, reference images, or other materials, you grant Radio Theater LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, modify as technically necessary, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, provide, secure, moderate, support, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
This license includes the right to send your content to third-party providers for AI generation, moderation, hosting, storage, security, analytics, and related operational purposes.
Subject to these Terms, your compliance with law, and any rights held by third parties, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. However, you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of any output is lawful, appropriate, and cleared for your intended purpose.
We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, trademark-safe, publicity-rights-safe, privacy-safe, or suitable for commercial use. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
The Service, website, interface, source code, software, designs, branding, logos, workflows, system logic, text, icons, documentation, and other materials provided by Radio Theater LLC are owned by Radio Theater LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, interfere with, or exploit the Service except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
You agree not to:
We may store uploaded images, prompts, generated videos, metadata, transaction records, credit history, logs, and support records as described in our Privacy Policy. We may impose storage limits, automatically remove old videos, soft-delete records, disable accounts, or remove access to content.
If you delete your account, your account may be disabled rather than fully erased. We may retain information needed for accounting, payment verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, and business operations.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, abused the Service, committed fraud, submitted improper payment activity, or harmed Radio Theater LLC, users, providers, or others.
The Service may depend on third-party providers, including payment processors, AI generation providers, moderation providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, storage providers, and infrastructure providers. Their services, terms, availability, pricing, limits, outages, and policies may affect the Service.
We are not responsible for third-party services, failures, outages, decisions, moderation results, payment holds, processing delays, provider policy changes, or provider limitations, except where required by law.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radio Theater LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and quality.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with your needs, or that generated outputs will be accurate, lawful, acceptable, high quality, commercially useful, or satisfactory.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radio Theater LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to the Service, your content, generated outputs, payment processing, account actions, moderation, provider failures, or your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Radio Theater LLC for the specific generation or transaction giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Radio Theater LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Service, your content, your generated outputs, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your payment activity, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice when appropriate.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
